Our review on the beautiful Kristina Villa
Good morning 🙂
Today I wanted to show you Kristina villa in a little more detail to run through some of the reviews we have had over the years and show you some more photos and give you my opinion on the villa.
I love Kristina villa, I have seen it change over the years from the very first year when the trees were planted and now it is established and mature. I love how much love the owners have for this home, they come over and make sure things are updated. We always joke that one day they will get a holiday as one of the owners always has a paint brush in his hand and is always updating or fixing / replacing something.
So lets jump in…
Lets head outside
I absolutely love the outside area at the villa. It has a sort of U shape the garden which gives it a nice individual area for everything. The villa is positioned on a corner plot providing open field views with direct sunshine all day. The 6x3m private pool is cleaned on a twice weekly basis. Sun loungers, complete with large size umbrella and Gazebo with sofa, small table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the sun, or shade if the sun gets too hot, throughout the day. A bbq, dining table and 6 chairs complete the outside furniture.
The bedrooms in Kristina Villa
Kristina villa has two bedrooms upstairs, both of the rooms are a good size, the master bedroom has a double bed and the twin room has two single beds. The lovely thing about this villa is it features an ensuite shower, toilet and sink in each room. There are small shelves and bathroom bins and both bathrooms have a little window. For those who like it darker, Kristina has blackout roller blinds and reading lamps in both rooms with bedside tables. All sheets and towels, covers and pillows are provided and the rooms have wardrobes with coat hangers. Both rooms offer a hair dryer and the one room also has a dressing table. From the master room there is a small balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the pool. The rooms are nicely presented, spacious and light.
Downstairs the villa is spacious, bright and full of love. The villa offers a great amount of products without cramming in too much. For example, i love that in the living room you have a nice sofa area to enjoy the TV, watch a dvd or read a book from the section of books available. Then in the evening, you can fold out the sofa bed for the extra guests. These extra guests can use the chester draws to store their belongings too and there is a small light for reading in the evening exactly like in a bedroom.
The dining table seats 6 guests although I am sure most guests make the most of the outside areas. 🙂 The kitchen has spot lights under the cabinets and has a lot to offer for self catering. The basic amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and extractor but the villa also has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and lots of cupboard items for you to use.
Personally I really like this area of Pernera, its half way between Pernera main street and Kapparis which makes it an ideal all year round resort as Kapparis is always open and has an abundance of bars and restaurants. It also features some of the best beaches in my opinion. Close to the villa is Vrysoudion beach and Ayialos restaurant as well as the bakers arms, Ayia trias beach and more over the beautiful sirena bay beach and beach bar.
